Concrete is a short coming of age film by Ari Kwasner-Catsi and Renee Kypriotis, about a young man finding his way and learning to embrace both his Greek heritage and his community as one.
I worked as an art assistant / set dresser and production assistant on the film.
Alongside team, I created the dressing for the rave scene (pictured). The job involved spray / hand painting fabric, plastic and paper in bright, loud, anarchic themes. The dressing was then cut, knotted, woven and draped over crab baskets and fishing paraphanalia, and styled to create a raver come under-the-sea scape.
