My name is Makeda.
I’m an artist who has 10+ years experience working in music, fashion design, events, and in the past few years - the screen industry (production design, art department).
As a musician I creative directed projects with teams of 20+ for large scale performances for festivals and events including Dark Mofo, AGNSW, Artshouse Melbourne, ACMI, MONA FOMA, Vivid, Soft Centre etc.
I have a BFA in Fashion Design and a Graduate Diploma in Music. I am always creating. My current goal is to grow my folio as a production designer, set designer / decorator, also in costume and art direction.
I work well in both teams or solo. You’ll be happy to know that I am passionate, work methodically, enjoy a laugh and reply to emails quickly.
I have a full drivers license, working with childrens check, white card and traffic ticket.
